1. This machine is applied for automatic assembly of products of multi-piece, multi assembly technology requirement, like drug mixer cap for IV infusion bags, dispensing needles.
2. Including needle placement, ultrasonic welding, assembly, foil cut and sealing assembly processes.
3. All materials of the machine are made of stainless steel + aluminum alloy, in compliance with ISO and GMP standards
4. Each workstation has independent driving source , convenient for daily maintenance.
5. The surface in contact with the product is polished to protect the product.
6. Protection foil being cut and sealed automatically.
7. Each assemble process is followed with inspection function to make sure there will be no defective products in qualified products.
8. PLC control system, HMI operation. Not high professional technical requirement for Operator.
9. The main power is composed of servo motor + indexing drive, with high assembly precision and qualified rate.
