1. This machine is suitable for the assembly of caps for medicine flange cap, duck tongued cap, spring cap and other moisture-proof agent and desiccant bottles.
2. It can be used for auto-filling of granular desiccant such as molecular sieve, silica gel, etc. It can also be used for assembling of block desiccant and desiccant core.
3. The equipment has automatic perforation and film-cutting mechanism (seal paper), which can reduce the production cost of the customers and improve the qualification rate of the products.
4. The concentrated treatment of sealing paper waste reduces the workload of operators.
5. Connected with desiccant centralised supply bin to reduce the moisture absorption and pollution of desiccant in the assembly process.
6. The circular cap adopt feeding machine, feeding is stable and fast.
7. The main power is made up of servo motor + splitter, with stable running Speed and high assembly precision.
8. Each assembly step has a detection function to guarantee that the products are 100% qualified.
9. It has auto counting function, which is convenient for statistical output.
10. Good and inferior products are output separately.
11. The control system adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation, which reduces the working difficulty of the operator.
12. The machine can be customised according to customer's actual productivity and product specification;
13. It can be connected with injection moulding machine and graphical inspection machine to form a whole automatic production line.
